Search through your attic and look for Matt’s or Adam’s old “See and Play” toy and line the picture of the cow up with the pointer and pull the string.

(pausing here while waiting for you to climb into the hallway hole that leads into your attic….wait, was that you uttering, “urf” as you squeezed in?)

Those were cows in our backyard in the Hale’s fields behind our house. Mr. Hale kept the bull in a separate pen. Oh well, it’s your blog, cow…bull….what’s the difference?

Every time he starts pushing that “Let’s run with the bulls idea,” I think I know exactly WHO is going to get pushed in front of the bulls.

Besides, we had a cow pasture in our back yard. I’ve run from the bulls before. I don’t need to do it again.

I cycle. I’m too old to run.

But I admire those who do.

If there are bulls involved, my preferred cycle is made by Ducati.

That being noted, I have to say that I subscribe to what older bro Ken said about running. Now that being said, I have mentioned to many folks that I would like to Run with the Bulls in Spain someday (although with each year passing that day is getting smaller and smaller). But the motivation for speed and getting to the finish line near the front is driven by the bulls and perilous doom.

Nonetheless, congrats to you and I hope your freezer is stocked with ice packs for your knees.

And even then I only run until I can find someone slower than me.

After all, why do you think wheels were invented?
