Hey Matt,

As a matter of fact you still do own a recumbent and it’s safe in my basement. I have asked a lot of folks in St. Louis if they would like a good deal on a recumbent, but no takers.

I was one of those guys! It was great being “high” for 150 miles.

At the Miami to Key Largo MS-150, I ran into an entire club of high riders. There must have been two dozen of them or more rolling down the road.

As far as freaky bikes go, I’d choose the high rider before I’d choose a recumbent… and I used to own a recumbent. (Actually, I probably still do.)
